Operation – When a visitor or delivery scrolls the intercom display in the lobby and finds your last name, they “press the call button”. Your phone will ring. You need to answer the call and then press 9 on your phone if you want to permit access to the building.

Security – Please do not let into the building FEDEX, UPS or AMAZON unless the delivery is for your apartment, or anyone else unless they are visiting your apartment.
