History

We probably sold your parents their first house!

In 1949, Robert’s father, Seymour Orlofsky built and sold homes in Scarsdale, White Plains and Rye.

Robert Orlofsky is third generation whose family has owned and managed property in Westchester County for more than 50 years.

Robert Orlofsky has been in the real estate business for 28 years. In the early 1980’s, Mr. Orlofsky’s firm converted more than 4,000 apartments throughout Westchester County to Cooperative ownership.

Mr. Orlofsky maintains a management and sales office on site in Bryant Gardens which his firm converted to Co-op in 1981.

Bryant Gardens is comprised of 409 apartments and was Westchester County’s first major apartment building to be converted to cooperative ownership.

Robert Orlofsky Realty manages Co-op and Condominium properties, as well as commercial properties. The firm sells and rents apartments and leases retail and commercial office space.
